Once you have logged into System AXs, you will be taken to the main program which consists of a screen with Tabs called Find, Edit, PW, Copy, Conf and Data.
Other buttons will appear when you have some data.
This is how it will look when run for the first time.
To start adding your own data you need to select the [Edit] tab.
The display will expand to show all the Edit options.
Now, one thing needs to be made clear at this point.
The application reacts to your keystrokes and selections to update your data automatically, which is then written to your computer's hard drive when you exit - ready for next time.
You don't have to tell it that you've made a change - It will handle that all for you.
You don't have to use the Insert Button shown here : 
, every time that you change something.
The insert button is there to give you a new blank entry.
Don't worry if you accidentally add a few blank entries, they will be stripped out when the data is saved and won't appear the next time you run System aXs.
All of the white areas are where you can add your data.
Most entries will only consist of the top four options.
So let's add a typical entry - EBAY...
Here we have the opening screen of EBAY.
Now that might do - There's an easily accessible 
option top-right of the screen and inputting a name of EBAY and an Access string of http://www.ebay.co.uk/ as shown in the example below would do.
Hovering the mouse pointer over the 'Acc' entry line or field gives us a 'hint' of the complete string.
But we can take this a step further..
If we right-click on the button then we get a pop-up menu that includes the option 'Copy Shortcut'
Selecting this places the URL link string into the computers copy buffer, and we can use the Acc entry line right-click pop-up 'Paste Over' option to put that text on the 'Acc' line instead.
The hint string shows a more complex line this time.
Now this Acc string will take you straight to the EBAY Sign in page or if you are already logged in, it will take you to your EBAY main page.
The other two values you need to input are your EBAY user name in the User field, and your EBAY Password in the PW field.
If you now go back to the Find Tab you will see your first entry.
You can then access your EBAY page using the three buttons shown.
will open up your web browser and take you to the EBAY Sign in page.
if required, will place your EBAY user name into the computers Paste buffer which you can Copy into the User ID input field by Right-Clicking on the User ID line and selecting the Paste option or you can hold the Ctrl key down and press V on your keyboard.
will place your EBAY Password into the computers Paste buffer, which you can Copy into the Password input field by Right-Click Paste or Ctrl/V
If you exit System aXs this entry will be saved, and will be there the next time you run the application.
