Every time you run System aXs you will be presented with this screen.

It's job is to protect your personal data from anyone who has access to your PC, or maybe a lost USB stick if you're using a Mobile copy.
You type a password into the only available input field and select the
button.
If it's the first time that you've used System aXs then this is the point that you have to decide on a master password.
It can be up to 32 characters in length and consist of letters, numbers and other keyboard accessible characters such as £$%
Any data that you add to the application will have it's details encrypted by the characters that you type in.
The next time that you run System aXs, you need to type your master password in again to view any personal data you have typed in.
This is the only password that you need to remember.
If you forget it, then I'm afraid you'll have to start again - asking for password reminders from all your sites and applications that you haven't noted elsewhere.
Your personal data is stored in files called Systems3.dta and Cache3.dta once you have added some System entries or Copy Tab strings.
Feel free to examine the contents of the files to see just how encrypted they are.
The next step is to add some personal data.
